We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the confidence that you have placed in our practice. We are looking forward to developing a close relationship with you as we complete a successful course of treatment.
Consultation
When you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly Treatment Coordinator, who will show you how to sign in on our computerized check-in screen. You will be given a personal office tour and we will take digital x-rays and photos of your face and teeth.
Dr. "V" will then do a thorough exam of your teeth, bite, oral tissues and temporomandibular joints. After which, you, your parents, and the doctor and treatment coordinator will discuss the clinical findings and any areas of concern you may have. The doctor will then recommend treatment options.
If treatment is recommended at the new patient exam, then complete orthodontic records are necessary prior to beginning treatment. These records consist of impressions of the teeth and separators. With this information, the doctor can finalize treatment plan. Scheduling appointments to begin treatment can be done at this point.

Our Financing Options
Orthodontic treatment is an investment that will last a lifetime. We offer several options for making this investment affordable. We will work with you to fit your individual needs.
Costs of treatment vary for each individual case and are based on complexity of the problem and time of treatment.
The most common payment option involves an initial fee. The remaining balance is spread over the remainder of treatment time. The balance will be divided into monthly payments with no interest or financing fees. Another option is to pay in full and receive a discount.
Our office accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for your convenience.
Our experienced staff will gladly file orthodontic insurance claims for you.
